These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except that activities, programs, services, or disputes specifically relating to our Tannersville, Pennsylvania campus may be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where required by applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our website or Contact Us form will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey, or — for matters specifically relating to our Tannersville, Pennsylvania campus — in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective date.” Your continued use of our website or Contact Us form after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
